Question:
How do I get rid of the FAT around my hips and stomach?
Answer:
Repeat after me You can't spot reduce. There is no exercise, magical
cream (yet), plastic wrap procedure, or anything else other than
liposuction, that will remove FAT from a specific area. Most often
than not, the area that you are likely to first gain FAT is typically
the last place on your body that the fat will depart.
If
you can accept delayed gratification, the most effective way to
attain and maintain a washboard stomach, or shapely hips is by establishing
a low fat balanced diet including healthy fibrous carbs, and perform
both resistance training and aerobic (cardiovascular) exercise.
Sadly,
many people I observe at health and fitness clubs, spend most of
their time performing specific exercises like crunches and abductor
exercises (outer thigh) with hopes of reducing fat in those areas.
The truth is that as you decrease your total body fat - lower your
body-fat percentage, your currently hidden, yet fabulous abs will
begin to surface and/or your hips will become firm and trim.
