Yesterday in Ferguson Fit Camp, Nicolette Slipich and Carlie Nething who both are in the Ventura Fit Camp established a baseline time of 4 minutes and 35 seconds (4:35) in our "Ladder Conditioning Drill." This Tuesday morning Ken Schuberg and Patrick Boetticher who both are in the Camarillo Fit Camp broke Nicollette and Carlie's record by 1 minute establishing the NEW record at 3:35. But later this morning, Stephanie Izard and Karen Hermanson broke the record and reduced the time to 3:29.
People in Fit Camp are tearing it up and are getting more and more fit. Congratulations to Steph and Karen. May both of you enjoy this day. However, keep in mind that records are meant to be broken and it wouldn't surprise me if Nicolette and Carlie establish a new record later this week! To learn more about Fit Camp - Click Here
